Confirmation

 

Within 14 days of receiving your registration, a receipt will be e-mailed to the e-mail address provided. If you do not receive this, please contact copies@uottawa.ca or call 613-562-5800 x3151. Confirmation is contingent upon payment being processed and cleared.

 

 

Methods of Payment

 

MasterCard, VISA, or personal or company cheques (made payable to University of Ottawa Library) will be accepted for the registration fee. If more than one person will be attending this conference from your organization, please ensure each individual has completed a separate registration form. 
 

 

 

Cancellation / Refund

 

A 75% refund will be issued with written notification of withdrawal 10 full calendar days before the first day of the conference. No refund will be issued when notification of withdrawal is received less than 10 full calendar days before the first day of the conference. Replacement attendees are welcome.

 

 

NSF Cheques

 

Returned cheques carry an administration fee of $40.00.
