Confirmation

Within 7 days of receiving your registration, a confirmation letter and receipt will be mailed to the address provided. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact Julie Lavigne at jlavigne@uottawa.ca or call 613-562-5520. Confirmation is contingent upon payment being processed and cleared.

Methods of Payment

MasterCard, VISA, American Express, money order, personal or company cheques (made payable to University of Ottawa) will be accepted for the registration fee. If more than one person will be attending this conference from your organization, please ensure each individual has completed a separate registration form. 
 

Cancellation / Refund

A 75% will be issued with written notification of withdrawal 7 - 13 full calendar days before the first day of the conference. No refund will be issued when notification of withdrawal is received less than 7 full calendar days before the first day of the conference. Replacement attendees are welcome.
